Delivery and Postage FAQ's
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £500 POUNDS
Orders received by 2pm on a weekday will be shipped the same day or the following day if your order is after 2pm. If this is not possible, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or phone call.
All deliverys are next day but please allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery.You may track your order on the FedEx UK Website
If you have an urgent need for a product, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your wishes.
UK delivery
Deliveries are sent using the FedEx courier service, so a signature will be required on delivery. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left with details about how to reschedule your delivery.If your order is a small item it will be sent with Royal mail First Class Recorded and a signature will be required
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your order, however, if you are not completely satisfied with any products purchased from Starlitesystems, we will replace or refund them under our 14days, no-quibble, money-back guarantee.
If an item appears to be faulty, call us on or email us and we will arrange a suitable replacement free of charge. If an item is sent back for a refund under our 14days, noquibble, moneyback guarantee, you will be liable for any postage charges incurred.
When returning items, for any reason, please:
• clearly mark the outside of the parcel with the lettering RETURN;
• include all parts, accessories, packaging, instruction leaflets, etc that were sent with the item; and
• ensure that products are in the same condition, i.e. unused and not tampered with, as when they were delivered.
Refunds are made by the same means as you paid for the item, within 28 days of us receiving your goods.
